You can't spot reduce visceral fat, you need to burn it off via a caloric deficit along with any other fat in other places. Usually visceral fat accumulates more from a diet higher in sugars and refined carbs. Nothing horribly dangerous since you don't have a ton of it yet, but this is something to watch out for. It looks like you're carrying a bit of excess visceral fat in the belly area.
